UnTherapy: A Positive Psychology for Enlightened Living is a reference manual for reversing the fallout of self-neglect that so often results from over-activity, an incessant desire to improve, and the imbalance that occurs as a result of over stimulation of the mind.  UnTherapy is a commonsense guide to emotional survival during this era of technology-related stress.

In an easy-to-use two-page per chapter format, this little book contains the seeds of emancipation that will speak to the hearts  of "self-improvement" junkies teetering on the brink of burnout as a result of "working on themselves."  Unlike self-improvement books, UnTherapy proposes that peace of mind is an essential component to any end goal.

This book was written for busy people who recognize that job apathy, stress, and anger can result in compulsions to overeat, drink, isolate, stay too busy or “veg out” too much. These very coping strategies that were originally adopted to “take the edge off” can inevitably result in a life that strays away from one's core values.
